We are a nonprofit organization with a vision to build, equip and empower youth of African descent with the skills and character required to influence and deliver successful government in Africa.
Our programs are continuous initiatives designed to provide a network for exchanging practical ideas, while serving as a repository for solutions to the various political, economic and social issues hindering good and successful government in Africa.
Since inception in 2015, we have organized events in Abuja, Nairobi and Aberdeen to impact over 3000 individuals, inspiring them to live with a mindset of transforming Africa. We actively partner with the government, individuals, corporate institutions, civil society organizations and other NGOs, with the sole aim of transforming communities and nations in Africa.

is a mentorship boot camp for youths in universities and secondary schools. We organise seminars, training sessions and mentorship programs to build and equip youths who will be instruments of change and role models in their generation. In addition, we provide educational scholarships and entrepreneurial support to participants of this program in preparation for a life of serving and solving problems of communities & nations. The duration of our mentorship program varies from 3months to – 18 months.
is a global learning platform to train, equip, mentor and mobilise youths and young professionals on governing, building and transforming communities and nations. We provide an umbrella programme, which consists of a full certification and other specialist streams certification from which learners can choose. The Specialist streams include;

is a unique social networking platform being developed to encourage leadership, mentorship and participation in government. This application is a think thank platform that encourages intelligent contribution, enquiry and solution generation in specialist areas. Users of this app will be grouped into specialist areas and required to implement a capstone project at the end of each stream. They are equipped with the knowledge and capacity required to implement positive change in their chosen area of speciality.
is a consultancy service made up of professional analysts and industry experts. Our service includes proffering solutions to various problem areas plaguing government and public institutions, with an overarching vision to support the government in improving and transforming local communities, provinces, regions and nations.
